The challenges we have faced over the past few years have made it more important than ever to have the ability to address the physical, mental and emotional well-being of your family from the comfort of your own home.
In this half-day experiential workshop, you will learn simple yet powerful energy routines to improve your health, balance your body, and help injuries heal faster. You will be introduced to traditional Chinese Medicine as it relates to your organs and emotions.
In addition, you will learn Energetic First Aid (only a small part of the workshop) but my personal favorite for emergencies big and small
The balances can be done on yourself, your family, your friends, and even your pets!

This is my personal favorite - don't leave home without it!
I'm incredibly grateful that this workshop gave me tools that I can use everyday to better both my own experience of daily life, and my family's. Going in, I was focused on being able help my family, and I was quickly reminded how it is equally as important to care for myself. I like that both the self-care routine and the KISS energetic-first-aid routine give me more agency in difficult moments/situations. Just the knowledge that I have these routines will give me more peace and confidence, which I know will then in turn contribute to a more peaceful reality.
After having my second son, I developed SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) and did an herbal treatment as well as diet modification for months to get rid of it. Right before the workshop, I STILL wasn’t fully eating all the foods I was before the treatment, and it came back, and I was so frustrated. It was nearly bedtime after the workshop when I realized that I hadn’t had any symptoms since the workshop!
Additionally, right before bedtime, something compelled my husband to check himself shirtless in the mirror and he found a tick on his back! After extracting, cleaning, and putting a clay poultice on, I immediately did KISS and a self-care routine on him and he felt so much calmer and more confident about the bite. Divine timing!
The next day, after I put a chocolate cake in the oven, I ended up getting an ocular migraine. I haven’t had one since my first year of college (a very emotionally difficult time.) I did KISS on myself and wrote this testimonial and it’s almost gone!
My four-year-old son just did the tapping and said “mom, I feel SO much better now!”

As a mother of four, I'm passionate about helping moms discover that mothering doesn't have to be hard. Accunect SelfCare is one of the most valuable tools in my tool kit. I have used it on a regular bases over the past decade to create balance in my family life. I do the SelfCare protocol for myself almost every single morning. I at least do the first balance before I get out of bed. I don't always have time to finish before everyone else is up, but I notice a huge difference. I'm trying to get rid of the phrase that "I'm not a morning person." I do prefer evenings but this just helps me. I can tell when I haven't done at least the brain balance, becauseI feel irritable and a little scattered and I'm like "Ooh, I didn't do my balance," and I'll do it. It's amazing!
My husband was experiencing headaches after getting into a bike accident that cracked his helmet. Thankfully, he was wearing one! He doesn't always like to be my guinea pic, and I try not to be his therapist, but I asked "Will you just let me do an Accunect session on you?" It must've worked because I didn't hear anything more about headaches in the days that followed.
My daughter turned six last month. We got her a big girl bike and she had some pretty gnarly crashes. She had three really major crashes. She's so tenacious that she usually just brushes it off and gets back on. "I want some of that, kid!" I did some balance on her, and she just got back up on her bike.
